I have always loved teaching people my craft, and not just to professionals, but enthusiasts too. I love the idea of passing on and sharing my knowledge to make baking and cooking practical, accessible and available to everyone. I want to empower people with my professional guidance to be confident in expressing themselves in the kitchen and pass on the craft of baking, pastry, and cooking to anyone that wants to learn.
