it’s an expression and exploration of pastry into various projects, dinners, collaborations and instillations. it’s about taking a way of thought and approach to dishes and moods, flavor and emotivity, to create unique experiences.
these projects share an expression of beliefs and intent. to affect one emotionally and become aware of something that wasn’t there before.
to create and to do some cool shit, because some things just need to be put out into the world to exist.
